The Lady Ida Project is located approximately 55 km south west of the Davyhurst Processing Plant.

The project is centred on a sequence of mafic and ultramafic volcanics on the western edge of the greenstone below immediately east  of  the Ida Lineament. The greenstone sequence hosts the Iguana, Blue Tank and Lizard open cut deposits.

The last JORC (2004) resource estimate for the project was compiled in 2008 based on past ASX releases and reports. The estimated was released in the Swan Gold Mining Limited 2013 prospectus released 13th February 2013  (Table 1). Swan is currently in the process of validating and reinterpreting the geological models and supporting QAQC data and will be issuing revised resource statement in the coming months.

The company is currently re-evaluating the remnant resources at Iguana and Lizard as potential mill feed for the Davyhurst. In addition the company has a number of advanced targets within the project at Legless, Python and Python North where previous drilling has defined anomalies that require further evaluation. The company recently completed RC drilling on the Legless and Python North prospect and is awaiting assay results.
